Program Support Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Program Support Analyst to join our team as we provide management tools to the client to support program management and risk reduction objectives. Apply advanced consulting and planning or extensive technical expertise in resolving high-visibility client cybersecurity initiatives. You’ll work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk of multiple projects, and have daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create the tools necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact the client organization by contributing to program strategy and helping to eliminate risks across projects. Must have:

• 5+ years of experience with project management, including skills such as stakeholder coordination, business process mapping, written and visual communication
• 5+ years of experience with building, planning, managing, and maintaining program roadmaps or schedules
• Experience with collecting information/data and implementing business processes, strategy and stakeholder management and providing support to organizational leaders and stakeholders
• Experience with managing complex projects to ensure they meet client expectations and are on time, on-budget, and at the quality level expected
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve a common goal and document the interdependencies
• Ability to gather, analyze data to create program reports and deliverables understand and articulate risk associated with various programs, and define desired end state for various programs, develop roadmaps to achieve the end state, and assist program owners in tracking roadmap activities
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Risk Management Framework
• Experience interacting with and presenting to senior client leadership
• Experience with gathering unstructured inputs from a multitude of sources and synthesizing into a cohesive story
